There are two options to find your Membership/Course Access.
Option 1: In the top menu bar, click on the designated button for membership access.
Option 2: On the landing page, navigate to "MY MEMBERSHIPS AND COURSES" for quick access.
👉 Ai LAB, CoLab and ACADEMY members:
Click on "Ai Simplified" to:
・Access all Ai Lab course material.
・Expand or shrink each box by clicking the arrow in the upper right-hand corner
👉 CoLab and ACADEMY members:
Click on "CoLab" to access upcoming live calls and upcoming feature books.
To return to the CoLab Membership Home Page:
・Click the BACK button in the upper right-hand corner.
・Alternatively, use "My Memberships and Courses" in the top menu or click the digital campus logo in the menu for a swift return to the Main Digital Campus Landing page.
👉 ACADEMY members:
Click on "Academy" to:
・Register for live ACADEMY calls and unlock the archive of Playbooks.
・Expand or shrink each box by clicking the arrow in the upper right-hand corner
Accessing Playbooks:
・Click the Start, Resume, or Revisit button (whichever is displayed).
・To quickly access a desired MicroCourse playbook, use the search feature in the left-hand menu.
👉 Returning and navigating:
To return to the MEMBERSHIP HOME page:
・Click the BACK button in the upper right-hand corner.
To return to the Main Digital Campus Landing page:
・Click "My memberships and courses" OR
・Click the BGI | Digital Campus logo in the upper left hand corner
Pre-registration is essential to receive reminder emails and quicklinks for live calls.
Each member will receive a unique link for every call.
There are three ways to register for your live calls: through the calendar, membership homepages, or the pop-up menu on the right.
👉 Registering Calls through Membership Homepages:
・Visit the CoLab Membership Home page or Academy Live Calls section.
・Choose the specific call you want to join.
・Click on "BOOK MY SPOT" to successfully register for the live call.
・You can navigate to the next call by clicking "NEXT LESSON" or select calls from the left-hand menu.
・To return to the Membership Home Page, click the BACK button in the upper right-hand corner.
・For a swift return to the Main Digital Campus Landing page, click the digital campus logo.
👉 Registering Calls through the Pop-up Menu:
・When you login to the site, locate the pop-up menu on the right-hand side of your screen.
・Find the list of upcoming live calls. Simply click on "GOING" or "NOT GOING" to register for or skip the live call, respectively.
・To close the pop-up menu, click the X in the upper right-hand corner.
*If you're not a fan of the pop-up menu and prefer not to have it visible, you have the option to disable it in your account settings.*
👉 Registering for Live Calls through the Calendar:
・Click the CALENDAR button in the menu to access the live call calendar.
・Browse through the calendar to view upcoming live calls, indicated by blue or red colors. Blue calls are not registered, while red calls represent your registered ones.
・Use the left-hand menu to obtain additional details about each call and scroll through the month.
・Click on the desired date to see the call details in a popup.
・Within the popup, click "REGISTER" to go to the call's main page.
・On the new page, click the REGISTER button below the graphic.
・Copy the Zoom link provided to add it to your personal calendar, or click the link to directly add it to your Google Calendar.
・For a swift return to the Main Digital Campus Landing page, click the digital campus logo.
﹡Please note that once registered, you cannot remove yourself from the list, but you can register for that you previously said "NOT GOING"﹡Don’t worry if you have registered and are no longer able to attend, it’s all good.

👉 Joining Live Calls through Membership Homepages:

・Choose the specific call you want to join.
・This page is the waiting room, when the countdown clock hits zero a button will pop up
(if it doesn’t automatically pop up, simply refresh your browser
・click “JOIN IN ZOOM”
👉 Joining Live Calls through the Pop-up Menu:
・When you login to the site, locate the pop-up menu on the right-hand side of your screen.
・Find the list of upcoming live calls. Simply click on "JOIN"
・This page is the waiting room, when the countdown clock hits zero a button will pop up
(if it doesn’t automatically pop up, simply refresh your browser
・click “JOIN IN ZOOM”
*The Pop-up Menu is the most efficient way to Register for and Join Live calls but if you're not a fan of the pop-up menu and prefer not to have it visible, you have the option to disable it in your account settings.*
👉 Joining for Live Calls through the Calendar:
・Click the CALENDAR button in the menu to access the live call calendar.
・Find today’s date
・Click on the desired date to see the call details in a popup.
・Within the popup, click "JOIN" to go to the call's main page.
・On the new page, if it appears, click the REGISTER button below the graphic.
・This new page is the waiting room, once the countdown clock hits zero, click “ENTER LIVE CLASS”
・Zoom will open and you will join the class
👉 Joining for Live Calls through the Reminder Email:
・If you have pre-registered, approximately 30 minutes before the live call you will receive a reminder email
・Click the link provided in the email
・This page is the waiting room, when the countdown clock hits zero click “ENTER LIVE CLASS”
・Zoom will open and you will join the class

👉 Accessing Your Account
・From the landing page, click the designated button OR icon in the upper right-hand corner to access your account effortlessly.
👉 Personalizing Your Profile
Once in the Account settings, personalize your profile by:
・Adding a profile photo.
・Providing your contact information.
・Changing your password if needed.
👉 Notifications
In the NOTIFICATIONS tab:
・To the right and blue is ON
・To the left and grey is OFF
Enable Community/Discussion Email Notifications toggle switch
・We do not have these features available so it doesn’t matter if they are on or off
Enable Live Notifications toggle switch
・This turns ON and OFF the Live Call Pop-up Menu
👉 Calendar Integration
In the Calendar tab, sync your Google Calendar with our live calls calendar for seamless scheduling.
👉 Billing Management
In the BILLING tab, manage your billing needs by:
・Updating payment information.
・Viewing subscriptions.
・Downloading invoices, which can be useful during tax season.
👉 Saving and Navigating
・After making any changes, click UPDATE before leaving that page to save them.
・To return to the landing page, click the arrow in the upper left-hand corner until you are there.•We do not have these features available so it doesn’t matter if they are on or off
